  1. As I am suffering from back pain issue and not getting the idea that what pose would be beneficial for me to get rid from it. Can you suggest the best pose for those people who are suffering from back pain problem?

      Shashankasan, Purn Bhujangasan, Pashchimotanasan, Supt Vakrasan, Merudandasan & Downward facing dog pose are the poses for back pain relief
